    This page explains which services are included as standard, which items depend on project scope, and which options require a separate agreement.

    Warranty

    Warranty does not automatically apply to every repair order. The exact terms depend on the type of fault, the installed components, and the scope of work, and are defined individually.

    CE Compliance

    CE compliance is not included by default in every assignment. Where required, the relevant assessment and documentation are handled in cooperation with an accredited partner.

    Availability

    24/7 support or standby availability is not a general free service. It can be provided under a separate service agreement and availability fee structure.
