Warranty

Warranty does not automatically apply to every repair order. The exact terms depend on the type of fault, the installed components, and the scope of work, and are defined individually.

Machine safety, inspections and conformity

Electrical fault finding and repair do not, by themselves, establish the conformity of the whole machine.

If a project requires a machine safety assessment, an occupational safety inspection, an electrical safety inspection under Hungarian requirements (VBF), or a conformity assessment procedure, its tasks, responsibilities and documentation must be defined separately.

These tasks may be performed by a contributor with the expertise, qualifications and, where required, authorisation necessary for the activity concerned.

This neither replaces the checks required for our own intervention nor makes those checks optional.

CE Compliance

CE conformity assessment is not automatically included in electrical fault-finding, repair, or control-system modernization services.

If a project requires conformity assessment or the preparation of related documentation, the required tasks and responsibilities will be agreed separately.

An independent expert or organization with appropriate expertise for the task and – where required by law – formal designation may be involved in the process.

Fault investigation when wiring diagrams are missing or incomplete

Troubleshooting without a diagram focuses on investigating a defined electrical problem and carrying out the agreed intervention.

Previous use does not in itself constitute proof of conformity.

Within this service, we do not undertake:

• commissioning machines of unknown origin or with unresolved conformity status, or retrospectively confirming their conformity;
• bypassing emergency stops, protective interlocks or other safety functions to continue production;
• declaring undocumented modifications safe or compliant merely because the machine works;
• confirming the CE conformity or comprehensive safety of the entire machine on the basis of a fault repair or partial drawing.

If missing information or the condition found prevents the conditions for safe continuation from being established, we cannot undertake further intervention or return the machine to operation until these issues have been resolved.

Availability

24/7 support or standby availability is not a general free service. It can be provided under a separate service agreement and availability fee structure.
